The working methods, force directions and failure causes of shredder blades and crusher blades are not exactly the same. When selecting a tool, you need to consider the metal inclusions in the material, impact frequency, target discharging size, equipment speed and maintenance method; on this basis, determine the material, heat treatment depth, edge form and grinding allowance to avoid simply pursuing high hardness and reducing chipping resistance.
