Selection questions and answers
Common applications include films and plastic bags, woven bags and ton bags, plastic barrels and turnover boxes, pallets, PE pipes and plastic plates, purge lumps and block materials, automobile bumpers, etc. Different materials have different toughness, thickness and size, and corresponding cutting tools and feeding structures need to be matched.
First check whether the maximum material size can enter the working chamber, and then determine the power and blade configuration based on the weight of the single piece, target output and material discharging requirements. It is impossible to accurately determine the model based on the material name alone. It is recommended to provide photos, dimensions and expected output at the same time.
The stand-alone solution mainly completes volume reduction and coarse crushing of large plastics, with less equipment and flexible adjustment; the complete recycling line will combine modules such as loading, shredding, crushing, cleaning, dewatering, granulation or packaging around the target product, making it more suitable for continuous production.
Equipment of the same size will have significantly different feed rates and loads when handling films, thick-walled barrels, pallets or bulk materials. Material density, impurity content, size distribution and discharge requirements will all affect the actual processing capacity.
Prepare photos or videos of materials, maximum dimensions, unit weight, target output per hour, and desired outfeed size or final finished product. The more complete the information, the closer the preliminary plan is to the actual project requirements.
