- Volume reduction, external sales, cleaning and granulation, and reuse production have different requirements for discharge size, cleanliness, and fine powder ratio.
Key processing challenges
- When a thick block contacts the tool, the load is concentrated, and oversized pieces may not form effective bite.
- Highly filled, fiberglass or mineral formulations can significantly change hardness and wear.
